摘要
嗜血细胞综合征(hemophagocytic syndrome,HPS)又名嗜血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症(hemophagocytic lymphohistocytosis,HLH),是一类由免疫系统紊乱所致的疾病,病死率极高,属于组织细胞增生症的第Ⅱ类,占巨噬细胞相关疾病的绝大部分。
