改良经尿道前列腺电切除术对良性前列腺增生患者性功能及下尿路症状的影响 被引量：18

摘要 经尿道前列腺电切除术(transurethral resection of prostate,TURP)于20世纪60年代发明后就已成为良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)外科治疗的金标准,但是术后有约14%的患者发生阴茎勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)[1]。
