老年高血压相关心力衰竭药物治疗选择 被引量：3

摘要 目前我国已进入老龄化社会,而老年人高血压、心力衰竭的发病率均较高,严重影响老年人的健康和生活质量,加重我国社会的医疗经济负担。当前老年高血压、心力衰竭防治形势相当严峻,应引起我们的高度重视。老年高血压相关心力衰竭主要指:老年高血压所致左心室射血分数(LVEF)正常的心力衰竭(heart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction,HF-NEF)
