Introduction Aorto-left ventricular tunnel (ALVT) is an extreme rare (0.001%) congenital para-valvular communication between aorta and the left ventricle.It was first reported by Edwards and his colleagues in 1961[1].Only about 100 cases have been reported until now.We report our first case of ALVT with infective endocarditis demonstrated by two-dimensional and three-dimensional echocardiography and confirmed by surgery.Case report A 35-year-old woman was transferred to our hospital after presenting with...
