围手术期营养治疗

摘要 围手术期营养治疗的重要性已经得到广泛关注。国外文献报道,20%~50%的外科住院患者存在营养不良(各研究中营养不良的标准不同)[1],国内普通外科营养不良的总发生率为11.7%[2]。围手术期患者营养不良的原因有:原发疾病(药物及社会心理因素等)、术前禁食、手术应激和术后代谢增加。
