侵袭性肺曲菌病的CT表现

摘要 侵袭性肺曲菌病(invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,IPA)是肺曲菌病中最严重的类型,是免疫功能受损、危重或衰弱患者较常见的肺部并发症,死亡率高达30%～40%,不同于肺曲霉球和过敏性肺曲霉菌所致病者。该病诊断较困难。
