摘要
虎杖为蓼科蓼属多年生草本植物,是一种极具价值的中药材。其中,大黄素和白藜芦醇是虎杖提取物中最具代表性的两类有效成分。本文主要分析虎杖的化学成分,并对其有效成分大黄素和白芦藜醇的化学性质、药理性质、提纯检测手段等研究进展进行了综述。
Polygonum Cuspidatum belongs to the perennial polygonaceae plant.It has a very high medicinal value.Emodin and resveratrol are the most representatives of Polygonum cuspidatum extract.In this paper the chemical components of polygonum cuspidatum were analyzed.Moreover,we summarized the research development,such as chemical ingredients,pharmacology,extract techniques of emodin and resveratrol which were the effective ingredients of polygonum cuspidatum.
