An Analysis of the Status Quo and the Prospect of the Aged Caring Enterprise in Xiamen

随着老龄社会的到来,家庭养老模式将面临挑战,社会养老将是解决我国未来养老问题的重 要模式。厦门有发展养老产业独特的自然、社会、人文等优势,厦门市发展养老产业将大有可为。

With the coming of an aged society, the pattern of the aged caring by family is confronted with challenge. The caring for the aged provided by society would become an important pattern to solve the problem in the future. Moreover, Xiamen possesses unique natural, social and humanistic advantages to develop the aged caring enterprise. It is argued in this paper, therefore, that the aged caring enterprise will be quite promising in Xiamen.
