农村小城镇规划与布局中存在的问题分析

小城镇发展是推进农村城镇化进程的大战略,是有效解决"三农"问题的治本之举。小城镇规划与布局是小城镇发展的龙头,但目前并未受到应有的重视,成为制约小城镇健康快速发展的重要因素。本文从小城镇建设现状入手,分析了规划与布局中存在的问题及成因,并提出了相应对策,以期对农村小城镇实践起到借鉴作用。

The development of small town is not only the great strategy to advance the process of urbanzation, but also the radical method to solve the problem of 'agriculture, country and farmer' effectively.Planning and laying out the small town play an important role in the development of small town.But up to now the role has not been paid due attention to,which has become a key factor of restraining the rapid and healthy development of small town. Based on summarizing the present situation of construction of small town, the writer both analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the planning and layout, puts forward the practical suggestions and expects them to be useful to the development of small town.
