The 29th Olympic Games,from August 8 to 24,offered Beijing a stage on which to display its charm to the world.In this edition,we introduce some of the women who helped ensure the Games’ success.The women are representative of modern Chinese women,who are energetic,daring and optimistic,and who cherish lofty ideals.
