摘要
发展融资融券业务是证券公司持续发展的迫切需求。本文在分析融资融券市场效应和我国融资融券现状的基础上,着重探讨了融资融券对证券公司业务结构的影响,并对证券公司融资融券业务的发展前景进行了展望。
The development of Margin trading and short sell business is an imperative necessity of sustainable development for securities company. On the basis of Margin trading and short sell market effect and the status in China, the paper studies the impact of margin trading and short sell on business structure for securities company. Especially, the development prospect of margin trading and short sell business for securities company is discussed. Then some conclusions are put forward.
