2006年12月22日,中国银行业监督管理委员会公布调整放宽农村地区银行业金融机构准入政策,为村镇银行提供了较好的发展空间。但在村镇银行成立之初,由于规模小、存贷业务开展难以及各项机制的不完善等因素制约,村镇银行经营面临一定的风险。
