日元国际化经验对提升人民币国际地位的启示

Internationalize Experience of JPY and the Inspiration of Boosting the International Status for RMB

随着人民币跨境结算和中国人民银行与其他国家货币互换协议的签订,人民币国际地位有望提升,但也存在一些问题。因此,设计有利于提高人民币国际地位的政策框架非常重要。本文通过回顾日元国际化的历程,评价其国际化过程的经验,研究提升人民币国际地位的问题,为人民币国际地位的进一步提升提供借鉴。

With the development of RMB overseas settlement and China Central Bank’s signing of monetary exchange agreements with many countries, there comes the advent of boosting RMB international status. In this process, however, various problems are expected. Therefore, it is of vital significance to design an appropriate way for boosting RMB international status. This paper offers a hint for RMB international status in light of JPY internationalization. In particular, we review the process of JPY internationalization, evaluate the experience of JPY internationalization, investigate the problems in boosting RMB international status, and finally, give a hint to RMB international status in light of JPY internationalization.
