全球生产网络条件下FDI的技术溢出渠道研究——基于中国制造业行业面板数据的经验分析

Research on Conduit of Technology Spillover of FDI under Global Production Networks:an Analysis based on the Panel Data of Chinese Manufacturing Industries

本文基于全球生产网络的逐步形成这一独特背景,运用中国制造业2001—2007年的行业面板数据,研究了FDI通过前、后向联系和水平联系等渠道对中国制造业内资企业的技术溢出效应,得出了以下重要结论:(1)只有高强度的国内R&D投入才能促进制造业内资企业全要素生产率、技术效率和技术进步的提升;(2)在全球生产网络条件下,FDI通过前、后向和水平联系三个渠道对中国整体制造业内资企业产生了技术溢出,提升了全要素生产率、技术效率和技术进步的水平;(3)全球生产网络条件下的FDI通过前向溢出渠道提高了高技术行业和低资本劳动比行业的全要素生产率,通过后向溢出渠道提高了低出口外向度行业和高资本劳动比行业的全要素生产率,而通过水平溢出渠道提高了各行业的全要素生产率。

This paper researches the spillover effect of FDI on Chinese domestic manufac-ture enterprises through forward linkages,backward linkages and horizontal linkages from the perspective of Global Production Networks(GPN)with panel data of Chinese manufac-ture industries from 2001 to 2007.We draw some conclusions as follows:1)Only high in-tensive domestic R&D input can promote Total Factor Productivity(TFP),Efficiency Change(EC)and Technology Change(TC).2)FDI on the condition of GPN produces tech-nology spillover to domestic manufacture industries as a whole.3)FDI on the condition of GPN promotes,through forward linkages,the increase of TFP in industries characterized with high technology or low ratio of capital to labor,and accelerates,through backward linkages,the increase of TFP in industries characterized with low export dependency or high ratio of capital to labor,while facilitates,through horizontal linkages,the increase of TFP in all industries.
