摘要
将旧有的不满足当今使用要求的建筑,通过"三旧改造"、改建、加建等方式,使旧有建筑更符合人们使用的要求,已成为社会发展的必然途径。但在改建过程中,建筑结构上必然会出现新旧规范衔接、承载力变化、构件补强等问题,文中结合新中国大厦改造工程实例,对上述问题进行探讨,并提出一些相应的解决思路,供设计人员参考。
Reinforcement and reconstruct seems to be the most economic and efficient way to make the aged build meet today's requirements.During construction progress,the problems such as,differences between the new design code and the old one,changing the load capacity,reinforcement of the structure elements.etc are becoming the priority issues for the designers.This article would discuss some reinforcement issues and solutions in a design project.
