摘要
运用三维有限元分析方法,考虑了冷却水管与周围环境的相互作用,对桥墩大体积混凝土承台实际施工过程的温度场进行了全程仿真计算。结果表明承台面是温度梯度最高且产生拉应力最大的部位;若工期及工艺允许,宜拉大各层混凝土的浇筑间隔,以降低各层混凝土之间水化热的相互影响;外界温度变化对混凝土核心温度影响程度小,但明显影响其表面应力。
3D FEM is used to analyze temperature field of mass concrete of pile cap.The analysis considered thecooling pipes and external environment.The analysis results indicate position of maximum temperature gradient locates on surface of pile cap.Increasing the pour interval of concrete is a better way to reduce the interaction of heat of hydration between different layer of concrete.The effect of external environment on core temperature of pile cap concrete is small,but external environment evidently affects the surface stress of pile cap concrete.
