游离脂肪酸做好作为常规临床检测的准备了吗 被引量：2

摘要 1963年,Randel等提出了"葡萄糖-脂肪酸循环"学说,认为葡萄糖和脂肪酸的氧化代谢存在相互竞争,提示脂肪酸在代谢中存在重要作用。近来的研究发现,血浆游离脂肪酸(free fatty acid,FFA)浓度的升高与糖尿病、动脉硬化以及多种代谢疾病均有密切的关系[1],因此在各种代谢疾病中进行FFA的研究已经成为内分泌代谢领域的一个热点。
