套扎术加钛夹固定结合电切术切除胃底黏膜下肿瘤的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 套扎术及电切术广泛应用于胃肠道隆起性病灶的切除,是一种安全、有效的微创治疗早期消化道肿瘤和黏膜下肿瘤的技术。厦门市第二医院消化科于2008年1月至2010年9月采用套扎术加钛夹固定结合电切术切除胃底黏膜下肿瘤38例,取得了较好的治疗效果,报道如下。一、资料与方法1.一般资料:本组38例,男21例,女17例。年龄28～70岁,平均49岁。因腹胀、腹痛等上消化道症状而行胃镜检查,
