左耳内侧隐窝脂溢性角化一例

摘要 患者女,41岁,因"左耳起疹6个月"于2009年7月24日来东风总医院皮肤科就诊,患者自诉于6个月前无明显诱因左耳开始出现褐色皮疹,如绿豆大小,偶痒,初未在意,未作治疗,皮疹随时间逐渐增大。患者听力正常,无耳鸣,既往体健,家族中无类似疾病史。入院体查:生命征平稳,一般情况可,双耳听力正常,心肺腹无异常。皮肤科情况:左耳内侧隐窝见一约1cm×1cm大小暗褐色类椭圆形斑块,边界清楚,表面凹凸不平,轻度角化,呈乳头瘤样增生(图1)。实验室检查:血尿常规、
