高强度聚焦超声治疗功能失调性子宫出血临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗绝经前期功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)的临床疗效。方法选择2005年1月至2010年6月绝经过渡期DUB患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用HIFU治疗机治疗,对照组使用常规刮宫术结合药物治疗,两组治疗前及治疗后3个月检测血常规,对患者月经量及月经期症状改善情况进行评定,定期随访。结果治疗组治愈51例,占85%,总有效率100%;对照组治愈14例,占23%,总有效率60%。治疗组治疗后血红蛋白增加量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 HIFU是治疗绝经过渡期DUB安全有效的微创治疗新方法,值得推广应用。
