激光治疗性角膜切除术联合丝裂霉素c治疗角膜浅层病变的临床观察

摘要 激光治疗性角膜切除术(phototherapeutic keratectomy,PTK)采用193 nm氟化氩激光切除浅层角膜组织,以暴露其下角膜基质层用来治疗角膜浅层病变,但其缺点是许多患者角膜浅层病变仍复发且视力恢复较慢。如何能防止原病复发、加快视力恢复,成为眼科界关注的热点问题。我们通过PTK联合丝裂霉素c(MMC)来治疗角膜浅层病变,取得了满意效果。
