生理学与手术严重程度评分系统协同人工关节置换治疗高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折 被引量:7

摘要 随着社会老年化,因骨质疏松所致髋部骨折的发生率也逐年上升,有研究表明年龄与髋部骨折的发生率以及骨折不稳定及粉碎程度具有明显的相关关系[1],高龄骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折常为不稳定型,且骨折后1年死亡率超过25%[2-3],因此,对此类骨折的治疗仍是骨科领域的难点,目前较为一致的观点是手术干预。
