慢性肾脏病动脉硬化发病新机制 被引量：5

摘要 心血管疾病是慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者主要的死亡原因,终末期肾病(ESRD)患者比一般人群心血管病死亡率极大地增加[1]。CKD患者既存在许多致动脉粥样硬化的传统危险因素如年龄、高血压、糖尿病、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高等,也存在众多的非传统危险因素如容量扩张、血管钙化(钙磷代谢紊乱)、继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进、贫血、营养不良、同型半胱氨酸升高、炎症、促血栓形成因素、尿毒症毒素等。而且尚在CKD的早期阶段,
