睾丸微石症一例

摘要 患者男,15岁,因感阴囊轻度坠痛不适1d来我院就诊。患者1d前和同学打闹后感阴囊轻度坠痛不适,体检:体温正常,阴茎发育正常,扪及双侧睾丸质地正常,双侧睾丸、附睾大小形态正常,无压痛,双侧精索无增粗,输精管无串珠样改变,彩超检查示:双侧睾丸未见肿大,实质回声尚均匀,双侧睾丸实质内多发点状强回声,如针尖样,1～2mm,后方无声影,
