浅绿气球菌致新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎二例 被引量：2

摘要 例1,男,因"进行性呼吸困难、呻吟2h"入院,系胎龄33周早产,阴道分娩,出生即出现呻吟、青紫、进行性呼吸困难,入院查体:空气吸入下青紫、三凹征明显,呻吟不安,RR60次/min,两肺呼吸音低。WBC14.6×109/L,粒细胞45.2%,淋巴细胞44.6%,PLT219×109/L,胸部X线提示两肺透亮度低、磨玻璃样改变,见支气管充气征,诊断为新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征,
