脂量和肥胖症相关基因rs9939609多态性与儿童超重及肥胖发生的Meta分析

摘要 目的探讨脂量和肥胖症相关基因(FTO)rs9939609多态性与儿童超重及肥胖发生的易感性。方法检索超重及肥胖组和对照组FTO基因rs9939609多态性与儿童超重及肥胖的相关文献,并筛选出符合入选标准的文献,应用RevMan5.0软件对各研究结果进行异质性检验和效应值合并,同时进行敏感性分析和偏倚评估。结果纳入符合条件的文献6篇,超重及肥胖组共3723例,对照组7353例,根据异质性检验结果,对FTO基因rs9939609AT、AA、AT+AA的3种基因型与儿童超重及肥胖发生的文献分别采用相应的效应模型进行合并分析。结果 FTO基因rs9939609AT、AA、AT+AA基因型与儿童超重及肥胖发生的OR值为1.28(1.16~1.42)、1.86(1.27~2.73)、1.46(1.33~1.61)。各研究的敏感性分析比较稳定,各研究漏斗图形基本对称。结论 FTO基因rs9939609多态性与儿童超重及肥胖的发生密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between fat mass and obesity-associated(FTO)gene rs9939609 polymorphism and the susceptibility of occurrence in children with overweight and obesity.Methods We searched the relevant literature of FTO gene rs9939609 polymorphism associated with childhood overweight and obesity,and the literatures met the inclusion criteria,RevMan 5.0 software was applied for the test for heterogeneity and effects of the value of mergers and conduct sensitivity analysis and bias assessment.Results There were 6 pieces literature which included the relationship of FTO gene rs9939609 polymorphism,a total of 3723 cases were overweight and obesity,7353 cases were control.According to the results of their heterogeneity,the FTO gene AT,AA,AT+AA genotypes were used to merge the corresponding effect model analysis.FTO gene rs9939609 AT,AA,AT+AA genotypes:OR=1.28(1.16-1.42),1.86(1.27-2.73),1.46(1.33-1.61),respectively.The sensitivity analysis of the study was relatively stable.The basic symmetrical funnel graph were observed.Conclusions FTO gene rs9939609 polymorphism is closely related to childhood overweight and obesity.
