摘要
目的利用高密度事件相关脑电位(ERP)新技术探讨健康成人错误监控功能的特征及其神经发生源。方法应用德国Brain Products公司的ERP记录与分析系统,对62例19~50岁健康成人右利手受试者,作了错误相关负电位(ERN)检测。经LORETA技术对ERN差异波顶点前后125ms时间窗口内的神经发生源进行研究。结果 (1)ERN波幅以中央区最大,潜伏期在50ms左右。(2)差异波顶点后25~74ms时ERN激活的脑功能区主要为额上回、额中回、额内侧回,差异波顶点后75~124ms时ERN激活的脑功能区位于中央后回。结论 ERN较适用于神经精神科临床。ERN神经发生源位于额叶(Brodmann6区)及顶叶中央后回。
Objective We used new techniques of events-related potentials (ERP) to investigate the features of error-monitoring function and its neural generator in healthy adults.Methods The error-related negativity (ERN) was tested in 62 right-handed healthy adults from 19 to 50 years old using ERP instruments of Brain Products Company,and datum of 125 ms before and after the peak of different wave of ERN were used to look for the neural generators by LORETA method.Results (1)Largest amplitude of ERN were elicited from central area,with latencies about 50 ms.(2)The cerebral activations were mainly in superior frontal gyrus,middle frontal gyrus,and medial frontal gyrus at 25-74 ms after the peak of different wave of ERN,and in postcentral gyrus at 75-124 ms after the peak of different wave of ERN.Conclusions ERN can be used in clinical work of neurology and psychiatry.Frontal gyrus (Brodmann area 6) and postcentral gyrus are the ERN neural generators.
