骨桥蛋白在变态反应性疾病中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)是早期在骨组织中发现的一种基质蛋白,具有调节钙离子浓度的作用[1]。后来发现OPN还存在于肾、肺、肝、胰腺、膀胱及骨细胞、破骨细胞、内皮细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、活化的T细胞、巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞和多种肿瘤细胞中,参与组织修复、肿瘤转移和炎症发生的过程。
