难治性移植物抗宿主病治疗新进展
摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,allo-SCT)通常是治愈各种血液、遗传或免疫疾病的重要方法,特别对于一些恶性血液病患者,allo-SCT已成为其治愈的惟一选择。然而,移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)无论急性和慢性仍然是allo-SCT后提高移植效果的主要障碍,如何更好地预防及治疗GVHD是亟待解决的问题。
