连续APACHEⅢ评分在重症监护病房的应用

Application of continuous Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅢ(APACHEⅢ)on patients in the intense care unit

目的连续评估重症监护病房(ICU)危重症患者急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分Ⅲ(APACHEⅢ),探讨其应用价值。方法收集、整理320例急危重症患者的资料,应用APACHEⅢ评分系统连续3d评估患者病情严重程度,预测预后,并追踪最终结果。结果 APACHEⅢ评分分值增高,实际病死率亦随之增加,评分分值>90分者病死率明显增高。APACHEⅢ评分与MODS呈正相关,其相关性为0.67。结论连续APACHEⅢ评分系统有助于ICU患者病情程度及预后评估,是提高医疗质量及合理利用ICU资源的依据。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the application value of continuous Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅢ(APACHEⅢ)apply on critically ill patients in the intense care unit.MethodsBy collecting and sorting out the data of 320 cases of serious patients,the prognosis of patients were evaluated by APACHEⅢfor 3 days in continuation and tracking the results in the end.ResultsThere was a significant correlation between the score of APACHEⅢ and the actual mortality.The mortality increased remarkably when the score was>90.It is helpful that judging the result of serious patients by using continuous APACHEⅢ.ConclusionsAPACHEⅢ score system can be used to evaluate state of an illness and prognosis.It is the basis of medical quality and reasonable application of ICU source.
