持续性冷生理盐水灌注全身性亚低温对大鼠心肺脑复苏效果的影响 被引量:2

Effects of long-drawn mild hypothermia with infusion of cold fluid after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats

摘要 目的通过观察冷生理盐水灌注全身性亚低温对大鼠生存率及血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、乳酸含量的改变,探索全身性亚低温对复苏效果的影响。方法采用改良的窒息法制备大鼠复苏模型,62只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、常温组和亚低温组。分别观察各组24h生存率,并于自主循环恢复(ROSC)后1.5h、3h、6h、12h测定血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、乳酸含量。结果冷生理盐水灌注全身性亚低温组生存时间明显短于常温组(P<0.05)。亚低温1.5h、6h时脑组织含水量明显低于常温组(78.59%±0.62%,78.91%±0.13%vs.79.41%±0.39%,80.52%±0.87%,P<0.05)。和常温组相比,亚低温组1.5h时超氧化物歧化酶明显升高[(148.53±17.05)U/mlvs.(123.98±12.72)U/ml,P<0.05]、丙二醛及乳酸明显下降[(3.47±0.17)nmol/Lvs.(4.36±0.41)nmol/L;(2.26±0.06)nmol/Lvs.(5.72±2.79)nmol/L,P<0.05],但ROSC后3h、6h、12h时亚低温组和常温组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论短时间的冷生理盐水灌注全身性亚低温具有一定的脑保护作用;但是过长时间的全身性亚低温是有害的。 Objective To study the effects of long-drawn mild hypothermia on survival ratio and expression of SOD,MDA and LD in rats,so as to research the effect of mild hypothermia with infusion cold fluid.MethodsThe model of resuscitation was established by modified asphyxiation,62 SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group,normal temperature group,and mild hypothermia group.The expression of SOD,MDA,LD and the brain water content were measured at ROSC 1.5,3,6,12 hours.ResultsThe survival ratio in mild hypothermia group was lower than the normal temperature group(P<0.05).The brain water content of mild hypothermia group was lower than that of the normal temperature group(P<0.05)at ROSC 1.5 and 6 hours.The expression of MDA and LD of mild hypothermia group at ROSC 1.5 h were lower than that of the normal temperature group(P<0.05),and SOD was higher than that of the normal temperature group(P<0.05).ConclusionsShort time mild hypothermia can protect the brain.But long-drawn mild hypothermia with infusion of cold fluid is harmfully.
