生长分化因子-15基因多态性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)的基因定位于染色体19p12-13.1,由两个外显子组成,被一个长约1800个碱基对的内含子分隔开来[1]。外显子Ⅰ由309个碱基对组成,其5'-端非翻译区有71个碱基对。外显子Ⅱ由647个碱基对组成,其3'-端的非翻译区有244个碱基对。GDF-15基因的启动子区域包含两个p53和Egr1的结合位点,这是两种在GDF-15诱导表达过程中起关键作用的转录蛋白[2-4],也是与心血管疾病密切相关的转录调节蛋白[5-6]。
