^(18)F-FDGPET/CT在椎体病变良恶性鉴别诊断中的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨和评价18氟-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET/CT在椎体病变良恶性鉴别诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析37例仅有椎体病变的18F-FDGPET/CT图像资料,根据图像确定病变椎体良恶性并测定病变椎体平均葡萄糖标准摄取值(SUV)。以病理或随访及相关影像资料证实获得最终诊断结果作为标准,计算18F-FDGPET/CT对椎体病变的诊断灵敏度、特异度和准确度,比较良恶性椎体SUV差异。结果 37例椎体病变共累及病变椎体77个,其中椎体良性病变46个,椎体恶性病变31个;18F-FDGPET/CT显像诊断椎体恶性病变的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为96.8%、95.7%和96.1%;恶性椎体病变SUV明显高于良性椎体病变(t=12.3,P<0.05)。结论 18F-FDGPET/CT在椎体病变良恶性鉴别诊断中具有较佳的灵敏度、特异性和准确性,具有重要的临床价值。
