腹腔镜胃十二指肠穿孔修补25例治疗体会 被引量：5

摘要 随着腹腔镜技术的普及、操作技术的娴熟以及生活水平的提高,很多外科急腹症患者愿意接受腹腔镜治疗。我科自2008年始对25例胃十二指肠穿孔患者进行腹腔镜下穿孔修补,取得满意效果,报道如下。一、资料与方法1.一般资料:25例患者中,男19例,女6例;年龄19～65岁,平均42.5岁。入院前有胃溃疡病史6例,有恶心、呕吐等消化道症状17例,无症状8例,穿孔距手术时间2～72h。
