光动力学治疗在泌尿外科中的应用
摘要
光动力学治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是近年来兴起的一种治疗手段,它在氧元素存在的情况下,利用特定波长的光激活光敏剂造成细胞破坏,引起组织坏死。PDT最早用于治疗浅表皮肤的病变,如结核皮损、皮肤癌和老年斑。
