避孕方式对系统性红斑狼疮患者安全性影响的研究进展
摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种原因不明的多脏器多系统损害的自身免疫性疾病。男女发病率之比约为1∶9,且好发于育龄期女性。很多学者认为,SLE女性患者在妊娠期疾病的活动度会增加2～3倍。
