P2X_3受体在神经病理性疼痛中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 自1977年Bleehen等[1]发现当在人水疱基底部应用三磷酸腺苷(adenosine 5'-triphosphate,ATP)可诱发疼痛感觉以来,与疼痛密切相关的ATP作为周围和中枢神经系统一种重要的神经递质引起广泛关注。
