Klotho基因及其与心血管疾病关系研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 Klotho基因是一种与人类衰老密切相关的新基因,其主要在肾脏和脑脉络膜中表达,其分泌性蛋白是一种与衰老有关的激素,为此推测该基因表达可能对衰老相关性疾病(如老年高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化等)的发生发展起作用。
