高血压合并动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄一例

摘要 患者男,67岁,血压升高20余年,诊断为原发性高血压,一直予以降压治疗。既往有糖尿病史3年,吸烟40年。2009年因胸腹部疼痛行CTA检查,示主动脉内广泛粥样斑块形成,胸主动脉(降支)内膜血肿、腹主动脉下段动脉瘤形成,
