摘要
目的:使用有机玻璃体架对放疗病人进行体位固定,探讨有机玻璃体架对于放疗剂量的影响。方法:测定使用与不使用有机玻璃体架以及使用中间隔一定距离情况下绝对剂量的比较。结果:经测量使用与不使用有机玻璃体架其剂量差异最高接近10%,而有机玻璃体架与被测体之间存在间距大小对于剂量影响不显著。结论:在三维适形放疗计划设计时应充分考虑体架部分的影响,应包含于体表轮廓之内或单独命名为等效组织体。
Objective: To use the plexiglass body frame fixed position on theradiotherapy patients to explore the plexiglass body frame for the impact of radiation dose.Methods: with and without the use of plexiglass body frame and the case of a certain distance away absolute dose comparison.Results: The measurements with and without the dose differences plexiglass body aircraft up close to 10%,while theglass body frame and measured body size for the spacing between doses was not significant.Conclusions: The three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plan should be designed to take full account of the impact of body frame parts and should be included in the surface profile within the organization or individual named as the equivalent body.
