摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT在食源性食管异物诊断及临床治疗中的价值。方法:回顾分析25例经食管镜、手术证实的食道异物患者,比较MSCT薄层+三维重建:多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积荐现(VR)在临床诊断、治疗中价值。结果:经食管镜或手术证实的25例患者的食管异物为鸡鸭骨、鱼骨;MSCT检查均清楚显示异物,MSCT薄层+三维重建成像对异物位置、形态、大小及食管损伤程度、异物与食道及周围结构的关系能清楚显示。结论:MSCT薄层+三维重建成像异物检出率高,可清楚评价异物形态、位置、食管损伤程度,有无并发症,异物与食道及周围结构的关系等,在临床诊断、治疗中具有重要的实用价值。
Objective: To study the spiral CT in food-borne esophageal foreign body diagnosis and the value of clinical treatment.Methods: Retrospective analysis 25 cases classics esophagus mirror,operation of esophageal foreign bodies,that patients with more MSCT thin layer +3D reconstruction: many plane(MPR),largest reconstruction density(MIP),volume projection commend now(VR) in clinical diagnosis and treatment value.Results: The mirror or operation of the esophagus that 25 patients with esophageal foreign bodies for chickens and ducks bone,bones;MSCT check is clear display foreign body,MSCT thin layer +3D reconstruction of foreign body position,form imaging,size,and esophageal damage degree,foreign bodies,and esophageal and surrounding structure of the relationship can clearly show.Conclusions: MSCT thin layer +3D reconstruction imaging detection rate is high,can clear foreign evaluation form,position,foreign esophageal damage degree,have without complications,foreign bodies,and esophageal and surrounding structure of the relationship between in clinical diagnosis,treatment,and has important practical value.
