重组人干扰素ω喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的近期疗效观察

Effect of nasal spray of recombinant human interferon-ω on allergic rhinitis

目的:观察重组人干扰素ω喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:对30例过敏性鼻炎患者给予重组人干扰素ω喷鼻剂治疗,观察患者用药前后症状、体征改变情况。结果:30例患者中,17例显效,8例有效,5例无效,总有效率为83.3%。治疗前、后症状总积分均数具有显著差异,从8.41下降到3.62(P<0.001。结论:重组人干扰素ω喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎有效,即能减少打喷嚏的次数,减少鼻腔分泌物,减轻或消除鼻痒,解除鼻阻塞。

Objective.To assess the effect of nasal spray of recombinant human interferon-w on allergic rhinitis. Method:30 cases suffering from allergic rhinitis were enrolled for observation,they were given recombinant hu- man interferon-w as a nasal spray,and effects were compared before and after the treatment.Result:The percent- age of efficacy was 83.3% with obvious effect in 17 patients,some effect in 8 patients,no effect in 5 patients in a total of 30 patients.Conclusion:Recombinant human interferon-w nose spray is effective for allergic rhinitis,as it greatly cut down episodes,markedly reduces nasal watery secretion,alleviates or eliminates nasal pruritus,and a- bates nasal congestion,therefore it can be considered as an effective drug for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
