条件必需氨基酸对放射损伤大鼠血浆蛋白的影响

摘要 目的:观察条件必需氨基酸对放射损伤大鼠血浆蛋白的影响。方法:雄性 wistar 大鼠69只,普通饲料喂养6天,随机分成 A、B、C、D 四组,A、B、C 组各20只、D 组9只。A、B、C 三组动物均接受6.5Gy 的γ线全身照射,D 组动物不照射。照射后在 A 组饲料中添加3%精氨酸+5%牛磺酸+1%谷氨酰胺;B 组饲料中添加与 A 组等氮量的甘氨酸(10.91%);C 组及 D 组仍喂普通饲料。照射后7及14天测血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、纤维结合蛋白。结果:A 组在饲料摄入量、体重及血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、纤维结合蛋白水平等均优于 B 组及 C 组。结论:提示饲料中增加条件必需氨基酸含量可以改善进食,促进体重恢复及蛋白质合成,进而提高受照大鼠应激能力。 Objective:To investigate the effect of conditional essential amino acid on metabolism of plasma pro- tein in rats with radiation injury.Methods;Fed with standard feed for six days,69 male Wistar rats were then ran- domly divided into four groups;A(n=20),B(n=20),C(n=20) and D(n=9).Except D group,all rats received 6.5Gyγ-ray total body irradiation.After irradiation,group A was supplied with conditional essential amino acids (3% argininr,5% taurine and 1% glutamine) group B with glycine (10.91% glycine,the dose of nitrogen was equal to the conditional essential amino acids group),and groups C and D were fed with standard feed.On sev- enth and fourteenth days after irradiation,plasma total protein (TP),albumi n(Alb),proalbumin (PA) and fi- bronectin (FN) contents were assayed.Results;Daily feed intake,body weight increase and the levels of plasma total protein,albumin,proalbumin,fibronectin were higher in group A than in B and C groups,and there were significant differences in part of these results.Conclusion:These results supplementation that the supplements of conditional essential amino acids could stimulate appetite,accelerate weight gain and increase protein synthesis, and enhance the ability of anti-stress in radiation injury rats.
