摘要
目的:探讨不同类型冠心病患者中性粒细胞化学发光的程度,研究中性粒细胞在冠心病中的作用、氧化程度与冠心病类型和程度的关系。方法:分离冠心病病人外周血中性粒细胞,测定其化学发光程度的变化,对其发光强度与急性心肌梗死心肌酶学进行相关分析。结果:心绞痛和急性心肌梗死病人的外周血中性粒细胞发光的峰值和积分均较正常对照组明显增高,急性心肌梗死病人的中性粒细胞的发光强度与磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)的峰值呈明显的正相关,与左室射血分数呈负相关。结论:心绞痛和急性心肌梗死病人外周血中性粒细胞化学发光增强,反应其氧化能力增强,其程度与心肌缺血程度和心肌坏死的程度呈正相关。
Objective:To study the chemiluminescense of neutrophils on patients with angina and acute myocardi- al infarction,to evalute the role of neutrophils in coronary heart diseases.Methods:Isolate the neutropbils from peripheral blood vein of angina patients as well as acute myocardial patients.Detect the luminescence of both ground and excited state of these white blood cells.Result:The chemiluminescense parameters of the neutrophils in angina and AMI patients were elevated than that of normal controls.In AMI patients,the intensity of the lumi- nenscense was positively correlated with the CPK and positively with LVEF.Conclusion:The neutrophils were ac- tivated in angina and AMI,its intensity is positively correlated with the severity of the myocardial ischemia and the size of necrosis in AMI,which suggested that the neutrophil cell is related with the processes of ischemic myocardi- al disease and possibly coronary artery diseases.
