糖尿病难愈创面与晚期糖基化终末产物的关系 被引量:4

摘要 创面愈合延迟或不愈在糖尿病患者中很常见,但其发病机制目前尚未明了,其中非酶促糖基化反应可能是影响创面愈合的一个重要因素。非酶促糖基化反应系还原性糖、醛基与各种蛋白质 N 端游离氨基酸或赖氨酸残基的ε-氨基团间在非酶催化下形成可逆的 Schiff 碱基,再经进一步反应,和化学结构重排转变为性质更为稳定的 Amadori 产物(Ama-
