恶性肿瘤患者的代谢变化及营养支持 被引量：3

摘要 恶性肿瘤患者由于肿瘤病变、麻醉、手术及术后感染等因素影响,自身代谢从宏观和微观上发生变化,导致体重进行性下降,甚至出现严重的自身消耗性状态——恶病质,这也是造成恶性肿瘤患者死亡的重要原因。因此在积极治疗控制肿瘤的同时我们也应该重视对患者的营养支持。临床对恶性肿瘤病人的营养支持是应用营养学的方法和理论对肿瘤进行预防及治疗的一门新科学。多年的临床实践表明,营养支持对肿瘤治疗及改善肿瘤病人预后和生活质量具有重要作用,
