摘要
以石英粉为原料,聚乙烯醇和甲基纤维素分别为粘结剂,混匀后过筛,造粒后的粉料进行等静压成型。研究不同原料、粉体颗粒度、添加剂、成型压力、烧结温度等对熔石英陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:采用粒度为8μm高纯石英粉为原料,聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂,在120MPa压力下等静压成型,在1245℃下烧结,得到了密度为1.97g/cm3,气孔率10%,强度54.12MPa的石英陶瓷。介电常数为3.32,损耗角正切1.2×10-3。
Silica powder is used as the raw material,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)or methylcellulose solution is the bonding-agent.After sieving,prilling and packing,the green body has been pressed.The relationship was introduced between different silica powder、particle size、kind of bonding-agent、forming pressure and sintering temperature.The result shows that when the raw material is the particle size 8μm of silica powder and the bonding-agent is PVA,the green body has been pressed at 120MPa,sintering temperature is 1245℃,the sample can acquire the better mechanical properties: the density is 1.97 g/cm3,the porosity is 10%,and the flexure strength is 54.12 MPa.
