碳纤维复合材料废弃物的处理分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文简述了碳纤维性能特点及其聚合物基复合材料(CFRP)废弃物处理的必要性,然后根据CFRP废弃物种类、存在形式等,提出了机械材料再循环法、材料再循环与能量回收法、能量回收焚烧法3种可行处理工艺。经深入分析9种可能处理方案后,得出CFRP废弃物处理工艺的选择与废弃物种类、存在形式有关;其循环再利用经济、环境效益不但与处理工艺有关,而且更与再利用替代用途有关。此外,还根据国内复合材料废弃物处理现状,阐述了后期废弃物处理尚需进一步完善的相关内容。 The function characteristics of carbon fiber and the necessity of CFRP waste treatment was described briefly.Then according to the category and existence form of CFRP wastes,three treatment methods including mechanical material recycling,material recycling & energy recovery and energy recovery by waste incineration for CFRP wastes were put forward.The conclusions based on the thorough analysis are that the choice of CFRP waste treatment processes is decided by CFRP wastes category and existence form;the recycling and reusing efficiency in economy and environment have relation not only with treatment processes,but also still with the replaced virgin material and reusing form.In addition,according to the present condition of the compound material wastes in China,related work of waste treatment in the future is set forth.
