摘要
[目的 ]研究骨形态发生蛋白在骨松质颗粒加骨髓联合移植修复长段骨缺损中的表达 ,并探讨其机制 .[方法 ]行骨缺损术后 3d和 1,2 ,4 ,6 ,8周处死白兔取材 ,标本进行苏木精和伊红染色及骨形态发生蛋白多克隆抗体的免疫组织化学染色 ,并在光学显微镜下观察骨形态发生蛋白的表达 .[结果 ]实验组和对照组在术后 3d时均见有炎症反应 ,未见骨形态发生蛋白的表达 ;在 1周时 ,实验组和对照组中的骨形态发生蛋白表达呈弱阳性 ,在 4周时实验组中的表达呈强阳性 ,2 ,6 ,8周时表达呈阳性 ,对照组中在 4周时表达呈阳性 ,1周时表达呈阴性 ,2 ,6 ,8周时表达呈弱阳性 .[结论 ]骨形态发生蛋白是骨缺损修复过程中的重要因子 。
OBJECTIVE?To study the mechanism of combi ne d use of spongy bone particle and bone marrow in repairing long defect by observ ation of the expression of bone morphogenesisinim plants (BMP).?METHODS ?The rabbits were sacrificed at 3?days,1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks after opera tion, and the expression of BMP was observed by HE and immunohistochemistry staining under light microscope.?RESULTS?Inflammatory reaction was observed after operation for 3 days in experiment and control groups, the expression of BMP was negative, and it was weak positive after one week and stronger positive after 4 weeks in experiment groups and positive expression after 2, 6 and 8 weeks. However, it is negative in control groups after 1 week and posi tive after 4 weeks and weaker positive after 6, 8 weeks.?CONCLUSION ?BMP is an important factors in repairing the long bone defect and could red uce the time of repairing bone defect.
