摘要
本文以马来酸酐、三羟甲基丙烷为原料合成出一种新型的亲水二元醇,将其与聚碳酸酯二元醇、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI),和丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯(2-HEA)等合成出新型水性紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,并通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对其进行了详细表征。并对平均粒径及其分布、固化膜性能进行了测试。结果表明:合成的亲水二元醇能与异氰酸酯反应,将更多的双键引入产物主链并参与交联,解决了以单端羟基丙烯酸类单体在交联固化过程中双键量有限的难题;当体系中带双键的亲水二元醇含量增加时,乳液粒径显著减小;将聚碳酸酯二醇引入主链中,所得到的固化膜具有良好的耐水解性和耐溶剂性。
Butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal was synthesized from butanone and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of ammonium ceric sulfate.The factors influencing the synthesis were investigated.The optimum conditions were found.The optimum conditions were as follows:molar ratio of butanone to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.5,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 2.2%,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10 mL,and the reaction time is 90mm.Ammonium ceric sulfate is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and the product yield can reach over 77.1%.
